Shipping and Delivery

We carefully prepare your order within 1 to 2 business days. Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package.

Shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and the free shipping threshold are displayed at checkout, depending on your destination country.

Our Alpx food supplements are formulated and manufactured in Switzerland, then shipped from the European Union. Complete delivery conditions (transfer of risk, delays, damaged parcels) are detailed in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
