How it works

Create your link in your account - log in to myalpx.ch (or .com), under the "Referral" tab. You will receive a unique personal link like
myalpx.com/?ref=your-firstname. You can share it as many times as you wish, with no limit. - Share via email, WhatsApp, or SMS - a loved one who has difficulty sleeping and is looking for a natural alternative? A friend who is interested in collagen for the skin? Send them your link. You can also send them a specific product directly (simply copy the URL of a product page and add your ref code to the end).
- You both receive €15 - as soon as your referral validates their first order on Alpx, they receive an immediate €15 discount. On your side, you receive a €15 Alpx credit as soon as their order is shipped (usually within 48 hours).

No limit. If you refer 10 people in a year, you accumulate €150 in Alpx credit. If you refer 30, you accumulate €450. The credit does not expire as long as your account is active.
Referral FAQ
What are the exact conditions?
Three simple conditions: (1) your referral must be a new Alpx customer (not a customer who has already ordered); (2) their first order must be ≥ €39 excluding shipping costs; (3) the order must be validated and shipped (neither cancelled nor fully refunded). The referral programme is not valid on subscriptions (subscriptions already benefit from a permanent −15% discount).
When will I receive my credit?
The €15 credit will appear in your account within 48 hours of your referral's order being shipped (so generally 2 to 3 days after the order is placed). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the credit is available.
How do I use my credit?
The credit is automatically applied at checkout on your next order. You will see the deduction on the "Alpx Credit" line of your summary. If you have €45 of accumulated credit and a basket of €60, you will pay €15. The remaining balance will be available for subsequent orders.
Does my credit expire?
No. As long as your Alpx account is active (at least one order in a rolling 24-month period), your credit remains usable with no expiry date. If your account becomes inactive after 24 months without an order, we will send you a reminder email before any archiving.
