How it works
- Choose your product and frequency - on the product page, select "Subscription" instead of "One-time purchase". You choose the frequency that suits you: every 30, 45, or 60 days. If you are following a full course (Stay Fit 2 months, Booster 1 month, Bedtime 1 month), align the frequency with your course to ensure you never run out.
- You receive your delivery automatically - the day before each shipment, we will send you a reminder email. If you do nothing, we will process the payment and ship your order. If you wish to modify, pause, or postpone, simply click the link in the email. That's all.
- You manage everything from your account - log in to myalpx.ch (or .com), under the "Subscriptions" tab. There, you can view your next delivery, change the frequency, add a product, pause, or cancel. In 1 click, with no emails or calls required.
Your benefits
- A permanent −15% on the list price, from the very first delivery and for all subsequent ones. Not a decreasing promotion, no unpleasant surprises: −15% for as long as you are subscribed.
- Free shipping on all subscription deliveries, in Switzerland, France, and the European Union. With no minimum order value.
- First access to new products - when a new product is launched, subscribers receive the information 7 days before anyone else, along with a −10% pre-order code.
- Real savings over the year - for example: for Alpx Stay Fit (CHF 39.90 for a tube of 25 sticks, a 1-month supply), a subscription every 30 days costs you CHF 33.90 delivered, instead of CHF 39.90 + shipping fees. Over 12 months, this represents approximately €60 (or CHF 60) in net savings, without you having to think about it.
And if you subscribe to several products (for example Stay Fit + Bedtime + Biotix), the discount is applied to each item. The more you subscribe to, the more you save.
Pausing, Modifying, Cancelling
Going on holiday for three weeks? You can pause your subscription from your account in 2 clicks. Upon your return, you can resume it whenever you wish.
Wish to change the frequency - from 30 to 45 days? You can do so just as easily from your account, and the change is immediate.
Wish to postpone the next delivery without cancelling everything? The "Postpone this delivery" button is available in the reminder email or in your account area.
Wish to cancel permanently? It takes just one step: the "Cancel subscription" button in your account. No fees. No questions. No calls. Our goal is to keep you satisfied, never captive.

Subscription FAQ
How can I modify the frequency of my deliveries?
Log in to your account, go to the "Subscriptions" tab, click on the relevant product, then on "Modify frequency". You can choose between 30, 45, or 60 days. The change will apply from the next delivery.
How can I pause my subscription?
From your account, under the "Subscriptions" tab, click the "Pause" button. You can choose the duration (1, 2, or 3 months), or pause it indefinitely. When you resume, the delivery cycle will restart. No fees, no justification required.
Can I postpone a single delivery?
Yes. The day before each shipment, you will receive a reminder email. Click on "Postpone this delivery" and the next one will be delayed by one full cycle. The subscription will then continue as normal.
How can I cancel permanently?
From your account, under the "Subscriptions" tab, click the "Cancel subscription" button. The cancellation is immediate. You will retain your past orders, you will not be charged any fees, and you do not have to provide a reason. You can re-subscribe whenever you wish at the subscription rate.
How can I change my delivery address or payment card?
From your account, under the "Subscriptions" tab, click on the relevant subscription. You can modify the delivery address and payment method at any time. The change will apply to the next delivery. If you move on the day of shipment, please write to us at contact@swissbiolab.eu and we will hold the parcel in order to redirect it.
