Our Commitment
You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return a product to us, even if opened, and receive a full refund. This commitment goes beyond the legal 14-day withdrawal period provided for by the European Consumer Code - it is our guarantee of transparency.
How to Proceed
- Send an email to contact@swissbiolab.eu specifying your order number and the product concerned.
- We will provide you with the return address and a shipping label if necessary (within 24 working hours).
- Return the product in its original packaging (if possible). Return shipping costs are at your expense, except in the case of a product defect.
- Upon receipt and verification, we will issue a refund within 14 days using the same payment method as your original order.
Exclusions
For reasons of hygiene and food safety, only products that are sealed, or opened but stored under normal conditions (away from heat and moisture), can be returned. Products that are visibly damaged, contaminated, or used in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose are not eligible.
Exchanges
Would you prefer to exchange for another Alpx product? Please indicate this in your return request email - we will apply a credit equivalent to the returned amount, valid for 1 year and usable in multiple transactions.
