Delivery zones
We deliver to Switzerland, mainland France and Corsica, as well as to all countries in the European Union (Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Portugal, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Greece, Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Cyprus).

Delivery times are indicative and calculated from the shipping confirmation. Orders placed before 2 PM are prepared the same day (from Monday to Friday).
Shipping
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Annemasse, France, as a tracked parcel with insurance, via our partner carrier. You will receive an email containing your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of ordering based on the cart and destination. Free delivery from 70 CHF (Switzerland) or 70 € (EU).
No customs fees are charged for deliveries within the European Union - everything is included in the displayed price.
Order tracking
After shipment, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel in real time. You can also check the status from your customer account.
Delivery dispute
If your parcel has not arrived within the announced timeframe + 7 days, or if you receive it damaged, please contact contact@swissbiolab.eu immediately with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the parcel. We will handle the replacement or refund.
Returns
In accordance with our satisfaction or money-back guarantee, you have 30 days from receipt to return your order to us. The complete procedure is detailed on our Returns Policy page.
