Terms and Conditions — Contest and Survey

Participation in the competition is free of charge and takes place exclusively on this page. Any participation by post, e-mail or any other means will not be considered. Participation in this competition is not linked to any obligation to purchase.

The competition runs from 03.09.2024, midnight, to 30.09.2024, midnight (participation deadline).

In total, 3 x 1 marmot hoodie from the brand codezip are to be won.

All persons aged 18 and over, domiciled in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, are eligible to enter the competition. Employees of the SwissBioLab Group and its contractually affiliated general agencies, as well as their family members, are not permitted to participate in the competition.

By participating in the competition, the participant confirms the accuracy of the information provided. Alpx reserves the right to exclude from the competition participants who have provided false information or committed technical manipulations, or who are suspected of such actions.

By participating, the participant agrees that Alpx may use their data for marketing purposes within the SwissBioLab Group.

The winners will be drawn at random from among the participants after the participation deadline and will be informed by Alpx by e-mail. If a participant does not respond within 24 hours of being contacted, the prize is forfeited. If a participant refuses their prize or is unable to receive it, or if the delivery address provided is incomplete, the prize is forfeited. In this case, the prize will be re-drawn. 

Prizes will be sent exclusively to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Any taxes, fees and charges associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

Each participant may win a maximum of one prize. Participation in the competition does not entitle the participant to a prize. Any cash payment of the prize is excluded. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition. Alpx is not liable for any damages whatsoever resulting from participation in the competition. The competition and all its components are protected in their entirety by copyright.
